![]() ![]() If you aren't seeing the bar move, select Troubleshoot to fix your microphone. If the bar is moving, your microphone is working properly. In Sound settings, go to Input > 'Device properties and test microphone' > 'Test' and look for the bar that rises and falls as you speak into your microphone. Select your input Bluetooth device from the selection Select Start > Settings > System > Sound > 'Choose your input device' Test Microphone with external Bluetooth devices In 'Input devices' > Please ensure that you see your Bluetooth devices listed (If not then there could be some issue with device pairing or support)ģ. Click on your one of the Bluetooth devices and click on 'Test' In 'Output devices' > Please ensure that you see your Bluetooth device listed. Select Start > Settings > System > Sound > Manage sound devices (Output section) After successful pairing, you should see your earbuds in the 'Audio' section, and a pop-up in task bar to confirm that your device ready Complete Bluetooth device pairing process, as described in the product manual If not paired, then click on '+ Add Bluetooth or other device' Make sure that you see your earbuds show up with 'Paired' status in "Audio section" Select Start > Settings > System > Bluetooth & Other devices I have not been able to do actual tests with Surface or Samsung Earbuds however I did some tests at my end using Bluetooth device and would like to run through the steps to ensure that your Earbuds paired well and work with both sound and microphone. ![]()
